Die Anfrage gilt als bestätigt, wenn Sie von uns eine Buchungsmail erhalten. Da wir alle ehrenamtlich arbeiten, kann dies bis zu 5 Tage dauern. Rücktritte von der Buchung sind kostenpflichtig: Bis 5 Tage vorher: 30% des Mietpreises bis 2 Tage vorher: 50 % des Mietpreises später: 75 % des Mietpreises Rücktritte bitte an Herrn Hookway, Tel. 02409 1292. Für einen Rücktritt bei einem Kindergeburtstag wird der normale Hallenmietpreis angesehen.
