General Information

Sie können hier einzelne Räume in der Casa musica für Proben etc. anfragen oder auch fest buchen. Die Raumnnutzung für Studierende und Mitarbeiter der Universität Göttingen ist kostenlos, eine Nutzung für externe Personen oder Gruppen ist leider nicht möglich.

Buchungen können nur bis zu 7 Tage (1 Woche) im Voraus gebucht werden.

Für den Zugang zum Gebäude und zu den Übe-Räumen ist eine Chipkarte erforderlich. Bitte geben Sie in das entsprechende Feld Ihre Matrikel- oder Mitarbeiternummer ein.

Für die Freischaltung stellen Sie bitte eine 'Buchungs' mit einem Vorlauf von mindestens 4 Werktagen.

Haben Sie bereits eine solche Karte und auch eine Kundennummer, können Sie Ihre Buchung gleich fest vornehmen.

Andernfalls stellen Sie eine Buchungsanfrage. Kalkulieren Sie bitte ein, dass für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage mehrere Werktage benötigt werden.
Das Büro der Universitätsmusik ist von Montag bis Mittwoch besetzt. Ihre Anfragen für Buchungen, Verlängerung oder Freischalten Ihrer Chipkarte werde nur an diesen Tagen bearbeitet.

You can request individual rooms in the Casa musica for rehearsals etc. or book them permanently. The use of rooms for students and employees of the University of Göttingen is free of charge, for external users a usage fee must be paid.

A chip card is required for access to the building and the rehearsal rooms. Please enter your student or employee number in the appropriate field. It will take 1-2 working days to activate your card.

If you already have such a card and a customer number, you can make your booking immediately.

Otherwise, make a booking request. Please allow 1 week days for your request to be processed.

The University Music Office is staffed from Monday to Wednesday. Requests regarding bookings, renewals, or the activation of your chip card are processed only on these days.

Fields marked with a ✔ are mandatory. All other fields are optional. All prices include statutory value-added tax (gross).
